Our graduate program
Metso is committed to building early talent pipelines and engaging with future rock stars. Our graduate program allows early talents to explore our organization and develop foundational skills toward leading roles in the future.
Our graduate program consists of three 6-month assignments, with a possibility of an international assignment based on business needs.
Who you are
We are looking for individuals with a Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Business. To make your application even stronger, we would love to see some practical experience through relevant internships, summer jobs or any other related work experience. Also, it's important that you are fully proficient in English as it is the official language at Metso. Knowledge of other languages is definitely a plus! Your passion for personal and company growth makes you an ideal fit for the program. We hope you are open-minded, have a global mindset and enjoy working in an innovative, digital work environment.
