Metso’s proprietary vent gas scrubber products are offered as OKTOP® vent gas scrubbers. It is predominantly employed to scrub/wash process off-gases containing chemical residues and contaminants from the hydrometallurgical processes before releasing to the atmosphere. Fine acidic liquid droplets, emission chemicals such as H₂S and SO₂, and fine dust particles are among the common contaminants removed from the gases.
