Mari Lindgren

Mari Lindgren is the Director of RTD, smelting in Metso Outotec Research Center in Pori, Finland. Mari has Ph. D in Materials Engineering. She has 20+ years in research in various roles. Mari has published 45+ peer-reviewed articles and 25+ conference papers. Mari’s RTD team is involved in both experimental research and modelling activities.

Hannes Holmgren

Hannes Holmgren (M. Sc.) is working as technology manager for Kaldo and Precious Metals smelting solutions at Metso Outotec Sweden AB since 2018.

Hannes have 10 years previous working experience at Boliden Rönnskär smelter at various positions i.a. process engineering, process planning and as manager of the sampling department. Hannes knowledge about Kaldo smelting ranges from initial process calculations to commissioning including smelting of complex raw materials like e-scrap.

Ross Andrews

Ross Andrews has been working as a process engineer for Metso Outotec’s Ausmelt TSL group since 2003 and is currently the Process Design Manager for the TSL group based in Melbourne, Australia. Ross’ experience covers process designs and pilot plant studies, through to commissioning of smelters across of wide variety of non-ferrous smelting processes including secondary copper processing of e-scrap.
