Metso EF Series™ screens need fewer parts to perform, increasing reliability and reducing the need for maintenance. Self-synchronized elliptical motion is achieved without gears and timing belts.

The screen design makes maintenance easier and safer, as it has few parts and a comfortable amount of space between the decks. In addition, the Trellex® PS screening media with the Hammerless attachment system can be used to further improve safety.

The EF screens are equipped with two counter-rotating circular motion mechanisms of different sizes. The optional electronic synchronization allows for stroke angle adjustment to optimize processing.
