Lokotrack® LT1213™ mobile HSI crusher is known for high capacity and efficient fuel economy. It is equipped with a horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushing unit and can operate as a primary or secondary crusher, especially in recycling applications such as processing concrete, asphalt and demolition waste. Lokotrack® LT1213™ is also a perfect choice for limestone applications.

High-capacity crushing

High-capacity is provided by the reliable and versatile Nordberg® NP1213™ - Opens in a new window HSI crushing unit - Opens in a new window with an effective and large feed opening. Crushing power is secured by the CAT® diesel engine, and the high-quality blow bars ensure good lifetime.

Optimum crushing results

The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control. Metso Metrics online monitoring service however keeps you up to date on your processes and Lokotrack fleet when you are off-site helping you stay ahead of maintenance and maximize output.

Features

Lokotrack® LT1213™ has a radial side conveyor and hydraulic locking on the feed hopper for easy set-up and flexible operation. The HSI crushing plant also features an advanced gearbox as standard that provides the efficient direct crusher drive system with assisted start. An optimized hydraulic circuit with an independent fan and stand-by function gives up to 20% lower fuel consumption and more power for the crusher.

LT1213S™ for on-board screening

LT1213™ can be equipped with high capacity dual-slope screen and return conveyor to provide high on-board screening capacity. With the screening unit it is called Lokotrack® LT1213S™ that combines efficient crushing and accurate separation in the same chassis.
