Lokotrack® LT220D™ mobile cone crusher

Lokotrack® LT220D™ mobile crusher combines a cone crusher and a screen on the same chassis, which why it is often referred as Lokotrack® LT220D™ mobile crushing and screening plant. It is typically used as a secondary or tertiary crushing plant in a multistage crushing process to produce up to three calibrated end products.

Powerful combination of crusher and screen 

Lokotrack® LT220D™ can be equipped with either the proven and powerful Nordberg® GP220™ or HP200™ cone crushing unit which are engineered for versatile aggregates production requirements. A large 8.4 m² (10 yd²) screen provides high capacity as well as excellent screening efficiency.

Both crusher and screen run with a single CAT® C13 diesel engine. Maximum power is made available to the crusher by using hydraulic drive power transmission, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and running costs.

Digital tools for safe and smooth production

The Metso IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It allows one-button start and stop, with built-in troubleshooting and a variety of parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be connected to the Metso IC™ system. In addition, the entire process can be conveniently monitored and controlled from the excavator's cab using the Metso Remote IC application for remote process control. Metso Metrics online monitoring service however keeps you up to date on your processes and Lokotrack fleet when you are off-site helping you stay ahead of maintenance and maximize output.

Compact and transportable 

Lokotrack® LT220D™ is easy to move between the sites thanks to its compact design and weight. It can be set up in only minutes due to its hydraulically operated screen lifting and folding side conveyors.
