The new diesel-electric powerline ensures efficient power for crushing. Connecting to the grid not only lowers the CO2 emissions of the operations meeting the sustainability targets and lowers the noise to surrounding areas as well.
All the process functions are electric and the electric components endure demanding conditions and are globally available for quick and easy maintenance. Using electricity in process functions also lowers significantly hydraulic oil volume that is only 81 litres / 21 gal. Common parts between the models lowers the parts inventory and makes maintenance easier and quicker.
Set up remotely with the new remote control
The LT350C has designed with user in center. The machine can be set-up to operation and for transport from safe distance from the machine. Maintenance points are designed for easy access from ground level or from the wide service platforms.

Lokotrack LT350C together with all the EC range machines have an advanced IC process automation. This renewed automation keeps the process going, protects the equipment with interlocking the crushing chain together and letting you feed the process close to maximum capacity. More sensors have been added to avoid unnecessary process stops or equipment failures. One example is generator bearing temperature sensor that monitors the bearing condition often caused by dust.
Digital tools for safe and smooth production
Remote IC app - Opens in a new window for remote process of a Lokotrack train further improves productivity and safety at the site. The app is installed to a mobile device and it connects all the Lokotrack machines together letting the operator control the process safely from the excavator cabin without needing to jump off and do the settings at the IC panel.
Metso Metrics - Opens in a new window online monitoring service however keeps you processes and Lokotrack fleet when you are off-site helping you stay ahead of maintenance and maximize output.
